complaints or disputes: Clients are advised to resolve issues directly with the practitioner in the first instance. Their use by practitioners is licensed under a strict agreement focused on brand integrity and advertising standards. We may suspend or remove a listing where a practitioner breaches that agreement, lets their licence, insurance or professional body membership lapse, or where a concern raised under our governance policy is upheld. Except where immediate action is needed to protect the public, we give written notice and reasons and allow 14 days for a response before deciding.
