Hypno-CBT® for therapists
FOR PRACTISING THERAPISTS
Add hypnosis to the therapy you already practise
Hypno-CBT® combines modern, research-based hypnosis and mindfulness with cognitive behavioural therapy. It gives your clients a structured way to rehearse new skills in imagination, and it sits comfortably alongside the work you already do.

Why therapists train with us
About a third of the people who join our programme already work as therapists, psychologists, CBT practitioners or coaches. Many have trained in several approaches and tell us Hypno-CBT® finally joined them up into one working model.

Rehearsal in session
Hypnosis gives clients a focused way to practise coping skills, new responses and difficult situations in imagination, so between-session work has something to build on.

Built on CBT
Hypnotic methods sit inside a cognitive behavioural formulation. You gain extra tools for attention, expectation and imagery.

Backed by research
Meta-analyses comparing CBT on its own with CBT plus hypnosis found better average outcomes when hypnosis was added.
